目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
進行性・転移性腎細胞癌患者に対して、種々の治療前後の免疫担当細胞・免疫関連分子の変化について、末梢血免疫担当細胞（エフェクター細胞、抗原提示細胞、免疫抑制細胞など）、液性因子のプロファイルおよび手術によって得られた腫瘍検体に浸潤しているリンパ球、マクロファージ等の腫瘍浸潤免疫担当細胞のプロファイルや免疫関連分子の発現状況を検討し、治療効果や有害事象と比較検討する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

転移性あるいは局所進行性腎細胞癌に対して原発巣または転移巣切除の手術療法を予定しており、それら腎癌に対する薬物療法による全身治療を行う予定の患者

Patients with metastatic or locally-advanced renal cell carcinoma who receive resection of the primary and/or metastatic lesions and systemic drug therapy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
他の悪性腫瘍に対して抗がん剤治療を受けている患者
ステロイドをはじめとする全身療法としての免疫抑制剤を投与中の患者
その他研究責任医師または研究分担医師が本研究を実施するのに不適当と判断した患者

Patients receiving any anti-cancer drug for other malignancy
Patients receiving any systemic immune-suppressive therapy
Patients judged as unsuitable by their attending physician
