目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	小児心臓手術の際の手術残余検体より、線維芽細胞を分別培養し、それを用いてヒトiPS細胞の誘導法を確立する。	Fibroblasts are separately cultured from surgical residual specimens during pediatric cardiac surgery, and established to induce human iPS cells using them.

目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others	得られたヒトiPS細胞から、ゲノム解析、エピゲノム解析、DNAダメージそして心筋細胞等の分化誘導解析を行い、品質評価を行う。加えて疾患とヒトiPS細胞機能との連関を評価する。	Genome analysis, epigenome analysis, DNA damage analysis, differentiation induction analysis into cardiomyocytes and quality evaluation are performed from the human iPS cells. In addition, we evaluate the linkage between disease and human iPS cell function.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	ファロー四徴症とそのほかの先天性心疾患でのヒトiPS細胞を用いた、ゲノム解析、エピゲノム解析、DNAダメージそして心筋細胞等の分化誘導解析、品質評価の比較。	Comparison of genome analysis, epigenome analysis, DNA damage and cardiomyocyte differentiation induction analysis and quality assessment using human iPS cells in tetralogy of Fallot and other congenital heart diseases.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	1 週/weeks-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	864 週/weeks-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	小児心臓外科で心臓手術を受けられ、その際に切離破棄される一部胸腺組織（残余検体）が得られ、文書で本研究への同意が得られている患者。	Patients who undergone pediatric cardiac surgery, and be dissected thymus tissue as a residual specimen, and taken written consent to this study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	文書で本研究への同意が得ることのできなかった患者	Patients who were unable to take consent to this study in writing.
