選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	(a)グルカゴン負荷試験が施行されたことがある (b)リラグルチドまたはDPP-4阻害薬による治療が５年間継続されていたことがある。 (c)5年後にグルカゴン負荷試験を再度施行されている。	( a ) Beta cell function was assessed with Glucagon challenge test ( GCT ) which is using 1mg intravenous glucagon injection. ( b ) DPP4is or liraglutide was administrated for 5years. ( c ) 5 years after administration of DPP-is or liraglutide, beta cell function was re-assessed using GCT.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	１型糖尿病、eGFR<30ml/min、肝硬変、ステロイドや他の高血糖を惹起する薬剤の使用、担癌患者	type 1 diabetes, an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30ml/min, liver cirrhosis, steroid or any hyperglycemic drugs use and malignant desease

主な結果/Results
その他関連情報/Other related information	２型糖尿病でDPP-4阻害薬またはリラグルチドを用いて５年治療した患者の診療録情報をもとにした後ろ向き試験である。2010年6月から2017年9月まで継続して昭和大学病院に通院している患者を対象とした。グルカゴン負荷試験が治療前後に施行された。	This study is retrospective cohort study analyzed data from the medical records of T2D patients treated with DPP-4is or liraglutide for 5 years. Those patients visited to Showa University Hospital between June 2010 and September 2017. The glucagon chellenge test was carried out before and 5 years after treatment.
