選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	１）原発部位が口腔、喉頭、咽頭（上、中、下）、鼻・副鼻腔、唾液腺、原発不明頸部転移癌のいずれかである症例 ２）参加施設で治療を行った症例（best supportive careも含む） ３）病理組織検査により、悪性腫瘍であることが確認されている症例 ４）未治療例（前医治療があっても主治療は当該施設で行われ、未治療例に準ずると判断できる症例を含む）	Registration is restricted to previously untreated malignant head and neck tumor cases which have patholigical confirmation. The primary sites are oral cavity, larynx, nasopharynx, oropharynx, hypopharynx, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses, major salivary glands and unknown primary. The patients received initial medical treatment including best supportive care, and had been observed in participating institution.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	病理学的診断がないもの セカンドオピニオンで受診	without pathological confirmation, patients who want to know second opinion or other treatment option.

その他関連情報/Other related information	頭頸部癌学会会員の属する施設で2011年1月1日から2031年12月31日までの間に治療を開始した1次治療症例の年齢、性別、病理組織診断、TNM分類、治療内容（手術、放射線治療、化学療法）と予後のベースラインデータを収集するコホート研究	All doctors who are member of the Japan Society for Head and Neck Cancer, are able to participate in the registration. The completed registration provides information regarding the patient's age, gender, tumor pathology, TNM classification, therapies and prognosis. Registration is restricted to previously untreated malignant head and neck tumor cases and in the treated year between 2011 and 2031.
