年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	15 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	40 歳/years-old 未満/>
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	１）健聴被験者：研究の趣旨に賛同し、本研究にボランティアとして参加する聴力正常健聴被検者20名で以下のa)、b)の条件を満たす者 a) 年齢が20歳以上40歳未満であるもの b) performance status 0（日常生活が全く問題なく行動できる状態）であるもの 2）APD患者：APD（疑い例含む）と診断された患者で、本研究にボランティアとして参加する意思のある者のうち、以下のa)、b)、c)の条件を満たす者20名 a) 年齢が20歳以上４０歳未満であるもの b) 年齢が15歳以上20歳未満で、本人、保護者から検査の同意を得られたもの c) performance status 0であるもの	1) Normal volunteers: 20 normal volunteers with normal hearing who satisfy the following conditions a) and b) a) age: 20 <= age < 40 years old b) Performance status=0 (condition in which daily life can act without any problem)2) Patients with APD: Patients diagnosed as APD (including suspicious cases), among those who intend to participate as volunteers in this study, 20 persons who satisfy the following conditions a), b), c) a) age: 20 <= age < 40 years old b) age: 15 <= age < 20 years, adn those who got consent from the parent or guardian for examinationc) c) Performance status=0 (condition in which daily life can act without any problem)
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	健聴被験者 1) 耳疾患の既往のある方 2) 精神疾患の既往のある方 3) 末梢または中枢性神経疾患の既往のある方　 4) 妊娠の可能性のある方 5) その他、研究責任者、または分担者が被験者として不適当と判断した方 ＡＰＤ被験者 1) 妊娠の可能性のある者 2) その他、研究責任者、または分担者が被験者として不適当と判断した方	Norma subjects 1) A person with a history of ear diseases2) One with a history of mental illness 3) History of peripheral or central neurological disorder 4) Possible pregnancy 5) Those who have judged to be inappropriate as subjects by the researchers APD subjects 1) Possible pregnancy 2) Those who have judged to be inappropriate as subjects by the researchers

主な結果/Results	正常被験者、聴覚情報処理障害を疑う患者を対象に、ヘッドホン下競合音声下単語明瞭度を評価したが、患者群の聞き取り困難の描出には不適であることが示唆された。	Word intelligibility under distractors were assesed in normal subjects and patients with suspected auditory processing disorder. Hoowever, it was suggested that it was not suitable for delineating the listening dificulties in the patient group.
