選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	・厚生労働省特定疾患・難治性炎症性腸管障害調査研究班潰瘍性大腸炎診断基準（平成28年度改訂版）の基準で潰瘍性大腸炎の診断を受けた患者 ・年齢２０歳以上の男女。 ・軽症または中等症の潰瘍性大腸炎と診断された患者。 ・大腸内視鏡を施行予定の患者。 ・内視鏡施行時に少なくとも5-ASA製剤を８週以上同量で服用していること。 ・文書による試験参加への同意取得ができること。 ・主治医が本研究への参加を認めていること。	Men and women aged 20 years and over. Patients diagnosed with mild or moderate ulcerative colitis. Patients scheduled to undergo colonoscopy. Patients taking at least 5-ASA preparation at the same dose for 8 weeks or more at the time of endoscopy Patients who can obtain consent to participate in the examination by document. Patients who the doctor admitted to participate in this study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	・再燃患者の場合、再燃の診断から６週間以上経過した患者。 ・5-ASA薬の服薬アドピアランスが悪い（７５％以下）の場合 ・内視鏡施行１週間以内に5-ASA局所療法（座薬、注腸製剤）を使用している症例 ・内視鏡施行2週間以内にステロイド製剤（坐剤、注腸、経口ステロイド製剤、ステロイド注射製剤）または生物学的製剤を使用した患者。 ・クローン病や消化性潰瘍を有する患者 ・大腸手術歴のある患者 ・重篤な腎障害のある患者 ・重篤な肝障害のある患者	Patients who have been 6 weeks or more past relapse diagnosis. Patients with poor medication adherence for 5-ASA drugs Cases using 5-ASA topical therapy (suppository, enema preparation) within 1 week of endoscopy Patient who used steroid formulation (suppository, enema, oral steroid formulation, steroid injectable formulation) or biologic formulation within 2 weeks of endoscopic enrollment. Patients with Crohn's disease or peptic ulcer Patients with history of colorectal surgery Patients with severe renal and liver impairment
