目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1 セルタックPEAKという迅速フリーサイトメトリーの機械を用いて腫瘍組織の細胞の細胞周期の状態を定量評価し、これを臨床病理学的因子、治療効果、予後と比較し、新たなバイオマーカーを確立することを本研究の目標とする。 Quantitatively evaluate the cell cycle status of the tumor tissue cells using a rapid flow cytometric machine called Celltac PEAK and compare it with the clinicopathological factor, therapeutic effect, prognosis and establish a new biomarker As the aim of this research.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 全生存期間 Overall survival
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes 無再発／無増悪生存期間、病理結果、腫瘍マーカーなどの採血検査値、治療効果（RECIST）、画像により計測可能な数値（腫瘍のサイズ、造影効果、FDG-PETによる糖代謝量、ADC値など）、腫瘍の遺伝子変異（大腸癌） relapse free / progression-free survival period, pathology result, tumor marker etc., treatment effect (RECIST), numerical value measurable by image (tumor size, contrast effect, FDG-PET sugar metabolic rate, ADC value etc. ), Tumor genetic mutation (colon cancer)

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria 本研究について十分な説明を受け理解され、自由意志による文書同意が得られた20歳以上の患者。 Patients aged 20 years or older who received a sufficient explanation about this research and received understanding and document consent by free will.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria ・ 内視鏡検査、手術の際に本検査に十分な組織量が得られなかった場合。
・ 本研究に関する同意が得られなかった場合。
 In the case of insufficient tissue volume for this examination during endoscopic examination or surgery.
When consent on this research can not be obtained.
