破裂性腹部大動脈瘤症例の観察研究を通じて、治療開始時の患者状態と治療成績を解析し、日本の破裂瘤治療の現状を明らかにするとともに、手術開始時の患者状態に応じた適切な治療法を明らかにすることを目的とする。

1)To explore the patients' status, treatment procedure selection, and the clinical results in real-world clinical setting in Japan.
2) To clarify the adequate selection of EVAR or open repair for ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysms in reflecting the patients' situation and anatomical conditions.
