2008年8月から12月に村山小児科に来院した患者。
1週間以上鼻汁症状が続く患者に鼻汁中好酸球の有無を調べた（180例）。

From August to December 2008, among patients with nasal discharge symptoms persistent more than one week nasal eosinophil were examined (180).

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

鼻汁検査を行ったうち、3回以上喘息症状があった患者をAsthma group（85例）とし、その他をNon-asthma group（95例）とした。

喘息症状を伴う患者。
3回以上の呼吸器症状。
気管支拡張剤が有効。

Pediatrics with at least 3 recurrent episodes of respiratory symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, and dyspnoea and improvement of bronchodilator inhalation at intervals 1 week. According to the Japanese guidelines for child asthma.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

喘息症状を伴わない患者。
上記のクライテリアに満たないもの。
