408人の患者の回答から合計171個のコードが抽出され、最終診断に基づき、頻度や同一人物内での出現状況が視覚的にマッピングされた。171個のコードのうち、9人以上の患者で確認された22個のコードが、3つの独立した最終診断に対する変数として用いられた。

A total of 171 codes were identified from the responses of 408 patients, which were visually mapped to show their frequencies and occurrence in the same person according to their final diagnoses. Of the 171 codes, 22 found in over nine patients represented the variables for the three independent final diagnoses.

外来初診患者に一般問診票とFIFE問診票の2つを記載してもらう。それらか受診理由に該当する部分にICPC-2による病名のコードを付与する。2つの問診票間の内容の関連性を検討する。

The targeted out-patients should write down two types of interview sheets 1) general use and 2) focus on illness experiences(FIFE ,F-Feelings, I-Ideas, F-Function, E-Expectations).The associations between them are analyzed after applying ICPC-2 code numbers to each content of visit reasons.
