選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)禁煙外来ニコチン管理指導5回目受診時の時点で禁煙に成功している患者（禁煙成功の定義：問診で過去1週間たばこを吸っていないとの申し出があり、かつ呼気一酸化炭素濃度が7ppm以下の患者）
（2）標準手順書に基づいた禁煙外来５回目受診時から１か月以内の患者
（3）禁煙外来1回目から5回目受診時にかけての体重増加が1㎏以上の患者
（4）文書による本人の同意の得られた患者

(1)Patients who succeed in smoking cessation at the time of the fifth visit (Definition of success in smoking cessation: expired carbon monoxide concentration of less than 7 ppm and the patient affirmation of no smoking for one week (2)Patients within one month from the fifth visit (3)Patients with weight gain more than 1kg from the first visit to the fifth visit to smoking cessation clinic (4)Pacients who gave informed written consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)定期的に栄養指導を受けている患者
(2)全身状態から栄養指導実施が好ましくないと判断される患者
例: ショック状態､重篤な感染症に罹患中､脳梗塞・心筋梗塞の急性期、癌の末期､著しく胃腸が虚弱など
(3)妊娠中あるいは授乳中の患者
(4)ステロイドを定期的に内服している患者
(5)コントロール困難な糖尿病患者（治療によってもHbA1c:10.0%以上が継続するなど）
(6)その他､担当医が本研究の参加について適切でないと判断した患者(例: 認知症がひどいなど)

(1)Patients who receive nourishment instruction regularly
(2)Patients in an unfavorable state for nourishment instruction enforcement (e.g., shock state, serious infectious disease,acute phase of cerebral infarction or myocardial infarction, terminal stage of cancer, remarkabe gastrointestinal weakness)
(3)Pregnancy or breastfeeding patients
(4)Patients who take steroid regularly
(5)Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (with HbA1c level more than 10.0%)
(5)Patients who are judged to be unsuitable to paticipate in this clinical trial by a doctor (e,g,. patients with advanced dementia)
