目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究の目的は、「遺伝看護初学者を対象とした看護教育プログラム」の初回用として染色体異常に特化したプログラムを作成し、その内容について評価・検討することである。作成したプログラムは看護基礎教育において、周産期・小児期領域の教育科目の一部（コマ）として活用できることが期待される。	We try to make genetic educational program, the case of the baby and family who has chromosome abnormality, for premature nurses and students as a first step of the genetic continuous educational program.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	セミナー（講義）後に、内容枠組みに沿った項目について、リッカート尺度、および自由記述で尋ねる。研究対象者の属性、および学習経験について単純集計により集計し、属性による違いがありそうな場合にはχ二乗検定等により比較する。自由記述については類似した内容を内容分析、またはKJ法により分析する。	We evaluate Participants' demographics, experiences of education for genetic nursing pre and post questionnnaire taking genetic nursing seminar

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	先行研究を基に作成した「遺伝看護初学者を対象とした看護教育プログラム」の内容枠組みを用い、今回は初学者用の初回用として染色体異常の事例を用いた1回の内容を作成する。少人数の看護職者を対象としてパイロットスタディを実施する。セミナー（講義）は1回120分とし、3会場で実施する	We make one continuous education program, chromosome abnomalitiy baby and family, for nurses who is beginar for genetic nursing throurh the framework which is made from previous studies. We will have 3 sessions for another group in Japan as a pilot study.

年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=

性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	周産期・小児期における遺伝看護について、初学者を対象とした教育内容を作成し、その評価を行うため、以下の「いずれか」に該当する看護職者を研究対象者とする。 ・周産期・小児看護領域において看護の実践経験が5年未満の看護職者（看護師・助産師・保健師） ・遺伝看護に関心がある看護職者（臨床・教育施設の所属、実践経験年数は問わない） ・看護学生（学部生・大学院生などは問わない）	Nursing professionals who are working in maternal and pediatric units less than 5 years Or, Nursing professionals interested in genetic nursing Or, Nursing students (either undergraduate or graduate students)
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	周産期・小児期の遺伝カウンセリングを専門に担当している看護職者（認定遺伝カウンセラーの有資格者、遺伝看護専門看護師の候補者など）	Certified genetic counselor
