| 主な結果/Results | 急性大動脈解離Aで緊急手術を行った313例を対象に、その早期手術死亡のリスクを評価した。 32人、１０．２％の病院死亡があった。多変量解析では、術前心肺蘇生施行、タンポナーデ、透析、慢性肺疾患、人工心肺時間の延長、がリスク因子であった。 |
From April 2003 to Septe,ber 2017,313 patients underwent surgical repair for acute type A aortic dissection.Hospital mortality occurred in 32 patients. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that preoperative cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac tamponade,chronic pulmonary disease, hemodialysis, and longer CPB time were independent risk factor for early death. |
