選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	冠動脈内視鏡を行う冠動脈造影あるいは経皮的冠動脈形成術予定の冠動脈疾患及び疑い症例	patients who underwent diagnostic coronary angiography (CAG) or elective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with non-obstructive angioscopy
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	IABPの使用、血行動態の破綻（Killip 2以上、あるいは心原性ショック）、手術適応と診断された大動脈解離、大動脈破たん（胸部大動脈瘤6cm以上、腹部大動脈瘤5cm以上）、造影剤アレルギー、妊娠	use of intra-aortic balloon pumping or percutaneous cardiopulmonary support, hemodynamic instability (i.e., Killip state >2 or cardiogenic shock), known aortic dissection, aortic aneurysm larger than the size indicated for surgery, (thoracic diameter >=6 mm or abdominal diameter >=5 mm), allergy to contrast media, and pregnancy.

主な結果/Results
その他関連情報/Other related information	自然大動脈プラーク破たんの頻度、それぞれの成分、サイズ、病理学的特徴をサンプリングしながら測定する。また、それぞれの患者背景との関連を解析する。 また、大動脈プラークとCT, MRI, エコー、冠動脈プラークの情報（IVUS、OCT、冠動脈内視鏡、病理）とも比較する。	To identify the incidence of spontaneous aortic plaque rupture, the components of spontaneous aortic plaque rupture and the dimension and pathologic findings of each component by direct sampling using NOA system. To analyze the relationship between the details of aortic plaque rupture and patients' characteristics, CT findings, MRI findings, echo findings, and coronary plaque detected by intravascular ultrasound, OCT, and angioscopy and pathological findings.
