・乳がん原発巣の手術を受けたことがあり、骨転移乳がんに対する追加治療として自費で自家がんワクチン投与を希望した患者
・外来診療に通院可能な患者

- Patients whose primary lesion of the breast cancer has been resected before or at the first diagnosis of bone metastasis and who desired adjuvant treatment with AFTV on their own expense.

主な結果/Results

日本語
骨転移乳がんに有効な治療法はない。後方視的解析で、各種治療法がされた骨転移患者群のうち自家がんワクチン（AFTV）療法受診例から臨床的完全寛解（cCR）と長命を得た3例を見出した。AFTVは患者本人の乳がんホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋ブロックから調製した。3例はcCR状態を17ヶ月以上維持。1年以上のcCR維持率は15％。全生存期間中央値は骨転移後60ヶ月で、日本（1988-2002）とデンマーク（1999-2007）の歴史対照群に比べて長い。骨転移乳がんはAFTVを含む治療法で治癒できるかもしれない。前向き臨床試験が必要である。
