舌圧低下のあるOSAS患者における、開始後3ヶ月時点における口腔運動療法のAHI(Apnea Hypopnea Index)改善効果を明らかにする。

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of two types of oral exercise in the treatment of OSAS and their impact on the reduction of AHI(Apnea Hypopnea Index).

(1)同意取得時に、年齢が20歳以上の患者
(2)簡易検査でAHI≧5の患者
(3)本試験への参加について、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者
（4）舌圧が30kPa以下の患者

(3)Patients from whom written informed consent is obtained in this study
(4)Patients whose tongue pressure was lower than 30kPa

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)重篤な心疾患を有する患者
(2)認知症がある患者
(3)重篤な神経筋疾患のある患者
(4)脳血管疾患等により舌に運動障害のある患者
(5)その他、本試験の担当者が不適当と判断した患者
