| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 1.組織学的に大腸癌（腺癌、pap, tub, porのいずれか）と診断され、根治手術が予定された患者
2.下部消化管内視鏡または注腸検査にて病変の深達度が固有筋層(MP)以深と診断された患者 3.術前に造影CT、PET/CTが予定されている患者 |
1. Patients diagnosed as colorectal cancer pathologically (adenocarcinoma, pap / tub / por) and planned to undergo curative surgery
2. Patients diagnosed as advanced cancer by colonoscopy or barium enema 3. Patients planned to undergo enhanced CT and PET / CT |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 1.術前治療（化学療法もしくは放射線治療）を施行した患者
2.大腸切除術の既往がある患者、ただし虫垂切除は除く 3.血糖コントロール不良の糖尿病の患者（FDG投与時の血糖値200 mg/dL以上） 4.腎機能障害を有する患者（eGFR < 45 mL/min/1.73m2） 5.造影剤アレルギーを有する患者 |
1. Patients who underwent neoadjuvant therapy (chemotherapy or radiotherapy)
2. Patients who underwent colon surgery, except appendectomy 3. Patients who have poor-controlled diabetes mellitus (Blood sugar was over 200 mg/dL when PET / CT was performed) 4. Patients who have renal dysfunction 5. Patients who have allergy to contrast agent |
