2015年1月～12月に胃癌により幽門狭窄または十二指腸狭窄を来し、内視鏡的ステント挿入術または外科手術（胃腸吻合術）を施行した患者

患者背景をみると、ステント群は胃腸吻合術群と比べ、術前の食事摂取量、パフォーマンス・ステータス、各種予後因死は不良であった。傾向スコアマッチング後、ステント群は胃腸吻合術群より術後合併症は有意に少なかった。術後低残渣食または常食が得られた患者は、両群とも97%であった。術後全生存期間は、両群間で有意差を認めなかった。

日本胃癌学会事務局は、212施設の326名の代議員に本研究参加の依頼状を郵送した。77施設が参加を表明したが、データを送付したのは42施設に止まった。その結果、ステント術群85名、胃腸吻合術群94名が得られた。

The secretariat of the JGCA sent invitation letters to 326 delegates at 212 hospitals. Seventy-seven hospitals declared their participation, and data were ultimately provided by 42. We obtained data on 85 patients who underwent stent therapy and 94 who underwent gastrojejunostomy.

有害事象/Adverse events

3) 術前身体要因： 罹病期間、摂食状況（Gastric Outlet Obstruction Score: GOOS、パフォーマンス・ステータス、胆道ステント挿入の有無、血清CRP値、血清アルブミン値、血清ナトリウム値、末梢血リンパ球数、末梢血好中球数、ヘモグロビン値、腫瘍マーカー（CEA、CA19-9）、重症心疾患の有無、重症肺疾患の有無、糖尿病の有無、バイパス手術の場合はアメリカ麻酔学会生理機能分類（ASA class）

術式（Kコード）。ステント挿入の場合は、①メーカーと機種、②カバー付きの有無。バイパス手術の場合は①出血量、②手術時間、③手術アプローチ（開腹下、腹腔鏡下）、④吻合法（機械吻合、手縫い吻合）、⑤吻合部位（胃の前壁、後壁、大弯側）、⑥結腸前吻合、結腸後吻合、⑦ブラウン吻合の有無、⑧胃切離の有無、⑨partitioningの有無
