1)simulationと術後の形態変化量の比較を行う 2)過去の従来法再建患者との比較 (2)下顎位評価：咬合採得、画像を用いて、下顎位偏位量について 1)術前と術後の比較を行う 2)過去の従来法再建患者との比較 |

| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | (1)3Dプリンタ応用症例：頭頸部腫瘍、骨壊死、骨髄炎による顎骨切除後に再建が予定されている患者
(2)過去の従来法症例：2012年4月～2016年10月までに頭頸部腫瘍に対し従来法により東北大学病院にて顎骨切除後に再建した患者 (3)同意取得時に年齢20歳以上の男女 |
(1)virtual surgical planned group:patients who will undergo jaw bone reconstruction after maxillomandibular resection due to head and neck tumor, osteonecrosis, and osteomyelitis.
(2)Conventionally reconstructed group:patient whose jaw bones were reconstructed by the conventional method after ablative surgery of head and neck tumors in Tohoku University Hospital from April 2012 until October 2016 (3)older than age 20 at the time of obtaining the consent |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | (1)妊娠中、妊娠の可能性がある、産後28日以内、授乳中のいずれかに該当する女性
(2)精神病または精神症状を合併し、試験参加が困難と判断される研究対象者 (3)十分な判断能力の無い成年者 (4)レジンに対してアレルギーを有する研究対象者 (5)その他、医師が不適当と判断した症例 |
(1)Pregnant or breast-feeding females and females who have a possibility of pregnancy
(2)Patients with psychosis (3)Patients who have insufficient capacity to judge (4)Patients who have an allergy to resin (5)Any other inadequency for this study |
