選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	人工心肺を使用し、心停止を必要とする標準的な心臓大血管手術	Standard cardiaovasscular surgery requiring cardiac arrest using cardiopulmonary bypass
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	緊急手術症例 脳分離回路を要する症例 Japan scoreⅡでの30日死亡率が10％以上の症例 遮断困難となる石灰化が上行大動脈に存在する症例 単独冠動脈バイパス手術	Emergency surgery cases Cases requiring selective cerebral perfusion Case with a 30-day mortality rate of 10% or higher according to Japan score II Cases with difficult aortic cross-clamping due to calcification Case of coronary artery bypass surgery
