目的1/Narrative objectives1	血糖自己測定をしている糖尿病患者にFree Style リブレによる測定方法を指導し、セルフケア行動に及ぼす影響について検討する。	To study about changes of the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA) measure in patients who use Free Style Libre.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	6か月間、Free Style リブレを月に2週以上装着。　 開始時に管理栄養士と看護師はたは臨床検査技師から食事療法と運動療法について計30分間の指導をする。試験開始時、4週後、12週後、24週後に「SDSCA（セルフケア行動評価アンケート）」を実施する。 12週後に「Free Style リブレに関するアンケート」も実施する。 両群とも試験開始時より終了時まで、4週ごとに、体重、BMI、収縮期血圧、拡張期血圧、HbA1c、GA（グリコアルブミン）を測定。12週ごとにAST、ALT、γGTP、BUN、Cr、尿酸、eGFR、尿アルブミン/クレアチニン比、血清LDL-C、HDL-C、中性脂肪を測定。	Patients are equipped with Free Style Libre more than two weeks per month for 6 months. Diet and exercise instruction from a dietitian and a nurse or a clinical laboratory technician for 30 minutes at the start. The Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA) measure at the 0, 4th, 12th, 24th week. Questionnaire about Free Style Libre at the 12th week. In both groups, at the start of study and for every 4 week, we measure body weight, BMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, HbA1c, glycoalbmin. At the start of study and for every 12 week, we measure serum AST, ALT, gamma-GTP, BUN, creatinine, UA, eGFR, urine albumin creatinine ratio (mg/gCr), LDL-C, HDL-C, TG.
介入2/Interventions/Control_2	6か月間、従来の血糖自己測定器を続行。 開始時に管理栄養士と看護師はたは臨床検査技師から食事療法と運動療法について計30分間の指導をする。試験開始時、4週後、12週後、24週後に「SDSCA（セルフケア行動評価アンケート）」を実施する。	Patients monitor their blood glucose level with only conventional blood glucose meters for 6 months. Diet and exercise instruction from a dietitian and a nurse or a clinical laboratory technician for 30 minutes at the start. The Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA) measure at the 0, 4th, 12th, 24th week.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	従来の血糖自己測定を実施している外来糖尿病患者	Out-patients with diabetes who daily monitor their blood glucose level by themselves with conventional blood glucose meter.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	１．研究担当医師が不適切と判断したもの	Patients judged by the doctor to be ineligible
