内視鏡検査にて3mm以上5mm以下 の大腸ポリープ（腺腫あるいは鋸歯状腺腫）

Colorectal polyp 3-5mm in size (adenoma or SSA/P)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
内視鏡的に癌を否定できない．
家族性大腸腺腫症などの遺伝性疾患でない．
潰瘍性大腸炎、クローン病でない．
妊娠中、授乳中の女性
試験担当医が不適当と判断する症例
