膵癌のhigh-risk cohortを認識、１次・２次医療機関へも啓蒙を行い、前向きに紹介された症例を登録した上で定期的なsurveillanceを行うことにより早期膵癌を発見すること、また、得られた情報をもとに、今後の早期膵癌の効率的な診断方法の検索することを目的とする。

１．膵癌リスクファクターを有する症例
・家族歴：家族歴、家族性膵癌
・遺伝性疾患：遺伝性膵炎、遺伝性乳癌卵巣癌症候群、Peutz-Jeghers症候群、家族性異型多発母斑黒色腫、家族性大腸腺腫ポリポーシス、遺伝性非ポリポーシス大腸癌
・粘液性膵嚢胞（膵仮性嚢胞を除く）
・慢性膵炎
２． 膵癌切除後の既往を有する症例
３．膵癌の間接所見を有する症例

1. patients with risk factors for pancreatic cancer
-family history
-hereditary diseases
-pancreatic mucinous cysts
-chronic pancreatitis
2. patients with h/o surgery for pancreatic cancer
3. patients with consequential findings of pancreatic cancer, such as dilated MPD, deterioration of diabetics mellitus, elevation of tumor marker or pancreatic enzymes.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 20歳未満の患者
② その他の悪性腫瘍に対して加療中の患者
③ 本人より文章による同意が得られない患者
④ その他、医師の判断により対象として不適当と判断された患者

3. patients cannot provide written informed consent
4. patients whom physicians considers as inappropriate for participating this study
