除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
動器疾患や中枢疾患によって歩行が困難な者，重度の呼吸器・循環器疾患を有する者，認知機能の低下がある者，測定項目に欠如のあった者，対象者本人が参加への同意ができない者

Patients who had difficulty in walking because of either locomotor disorders or central nervous disorders, patients with severe respiratory or circulatory disorders, patients with decreased cognitive function, patients who lacked measurement items, and patients who did not give their personal consent for participation, were all excluded as subjects.

外来で定期診察のみ行っている2型糖尿病患者に対して，身体活動を高めることを目的とした指導をすることで，下肢筋力が増加し，身体機能低下の予防に寄与できる可能性を示唆する結果であった．

These results suggest the possibility that the strength of the lower limbs can be increased by orientating Type 2 diabetes patients who only come to the hospital for regular monitoring, to promote a higher level of physical activity; this can contribute to preventing a decline in physical functions.
