目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究は、急性心不全患者を対象とし、入院時、退院時の超音波エラストグラフィによる肝・脾臓硬度、MRIにおける下大静脈血流速度、皮膚組織灌流圧と心不全入院日数、BNPを含む血液生化学検査、1年予後を含めた中長期的予後との関連を検証することを目的とした前向き観察研究である。	To assess the association between echo elastography, velocity of IVC, skin perfusion pressure and prognosis in patients with heart failure

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	心臓血管死亡	Cardiovascular death
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	複合エンドポイント（全死亡、心臓血管死、心不全再入院）、院内死亡、全死亡、心臓血管死、心不全再入院、退院時血液生化学検査（血算, BNP, BUN, Cre, T-bil, AST, ALT, γGT, ALP, LDH）	Composite endpoint included all-cause death, cardiovascular death, and heart failure readmission and rates of each event. Serum BNP level.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	心不全入院患者 20才以上 同意を得られた	Patients who were admitted our hospital Age greater than or equal to 20 years old Obtained written informed consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	(1)肝硬変の患者 (2)維持血液透析の患者 (3)急性冠症候群の患者 (4)慢性白血病・骨髄線維症・真性多血症など血液疾患による脾腫患者 (5)門脈圧亢進症の患者 (6)伝染性単核球症，急性ウイルス性肝障害の患者 (7)結核，マラリア，ブルセラ症など急性感染症による脾腫患者 (8)蓄積病による脾腫の患者 (9)サルコイドーシス，SLE，Felty症候群など自己免疫性疾患による脾腫患者 (10) MRI撮影禁忌患者 (11)ABI測定で下肢閉塞性動脈硬化症が疑われた患者 (12)上記以外で、研究担当医が不適当と判断した患者	(1) patients with liver cirrhosis (2) patients with dialysis (3) patients with acute coronary syndrome (4) patients with hematopoietic disorders (5) patients with portal hypertension (6) patients with acute viral infection (i.e. EB virus) (7) patients with splenomegaly due to infection (i.e. tuberculosis, malaria, and brucellosis) (8) patients with splenomegaly due to accumulation diseases (9) patients with splenomegaly due to autoimmune disorders (10) patients who can not be performed MRI (11) patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans in lower limb
