MMG・US・造影MRIで明らかに乳房温存が困難と考えられる症例
術前化学療法を予定している症例
重篤な薬剤過敏症の既往歴のある症例
妊婦、授乳婦である症例
その他、担当医師が本試験の対象に不適当と判断した場合

patients who plan preoperative chemotherapy
patient with the serious allergic disease
Patients with pregnancy or breastfeeding
Patients with difficult of taking PEM
