生医学的内容のビデオ講義（BMD）が、推奨内容のビデオ講義（RMD）と比して、精神疾患への適切な知識を増大させることを示す。推奨内容は、recovery-oriented, social inclusion/human rights, high prevalenceとする(Clement et al. EPS 2010)。

Change in feasible knowledge of stigma toward people with mental health problems measured using the Mental Illness and Disorder Understanding Scale(MIDUS) from the baseline to the post intervention

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

日本語
RIBSおよびhelp seeking intention questionnaires (Rusch et al. Psychiatr Serv 2011)で計測したスティグマの変化量（介入直後、1か月後、12か月後）、およびMIDUSの1か月後、12か月後の変化量
RIBSによるスティグマ変化量は、Baselineから25％以上（1SD以上, Koike et al. EPS 2016）の低下をスティグマ増悪とし、各計測時点での増悪した人数を比較する。

Change in behavioural intention measured using the Reported and Intended Behaviour Scale (RIBS-J) and help seeking intention toward themselves and people with mental health problems measured using help seeking intention questionnaires (Rusch et al. Psychiatr Serv 2011) from the baseline to the post intervention, and the 1-month and 12-month follow-ups. Change in the MIDUS score from the baseline to the 1-month and 12-month follow-ups was also compared.
We also intend to define 25% or more decrease of RIBS-J score (1SD change from Koike et al. EPS 2016) from the baseline to each follow-up as the increase of stigma, and compare the number of those who have increase of stigma between the groups.
