人工呼吸器を装着する児に対して訪問看護師が学校で行う３つのパターンの看護ケアを実践し、それぞれの実行可能性、課題、利点／欠点などを整理して記述する。2018年3月に研究修了とする。

訪問看護師が児の学校滞在時間に付き添いケアを行う。1日4時間程度、2週間行う。

A visiting nurse provides nursing care of the child during stay at school. Intervention is performed for 2 weeks, 4 hours a day.

医師の指導のもとに訪問看護師が学校看護師に児のケアを伝授し、学校看護師がケアを行う。

A visiting nurse instructs to school nurses on nursing care of the targeted child. Nursing care is provided by school nurses. Intervention is performed for 2 weeks, 4 hours a day.

訪問看護師が繁忙時間帯に児のケアを行いつつ、学校看護師に児のケアを伝授する。繁忙でない時間帯は学校看護師が児のケアを行う。

During a busy time a visiting nurse provides nursing care of the child, and in other time she instructs to school nurses on his/her nursing care. Nursing care is provided by both nurses. Intervention is performed for 2 weeks, 4 hours a day.
