身体活動量計装着2週間の身体活動量計データのとPOMS2との関連性の検討、及び生活習慣についての「気づき」や連続活動記録指標、体重の変化量を検討する。

2)本研究の器具・検査等の内容を理解し、使用・実施できる者
3)本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1.Those registered as first-year students on April 1st, 2017
2.Those able to understand the content of the device/test of this study and operate the technology involved in the study
3.Those who have provided written, informed consent to participate in the study upon full understanding after adequate explanation of the study has been provided

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)自発的な身体活動が困難な者
2)リストバンド部分のゴムによってアレルギーが生じる者
3)その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

1.Those finding self-directed physical activity to be difficult
2.Those with allergic reactions to the rubber in the wristband
3.Those judged by investigators to be unsuitable for study participation for reasons other than the above
