主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	Ap-FGF椎弓根スクリューに起因する死亡、骨折、悪性腫瘍、神経障害、術後感染症等の臨床試験中に発生したすべての有害事象の発生率	Incidence of all adverse events that occurred during the clinical trials such as infection, death, fracture, a malignant tumor, and neuropathy due to the Ap-FGF pedicle screws.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	各スクリューのインプラントのゆるみ・破損の発生率 骨癒合までの期間 JOA score,JOACMEQ	Incidence of loosening and breakage of each pedicle screw. time for bone union. JOA score,JOACMEQ

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	頚椎長範囲後方固定術の適応となる患者	patients who receives long-segment cervical posterior fusion surgery
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	①頚椎手術歴、化膿性脊椎炎、脊椎腫瘍の既往のある患者 ②頚椎前方手術を併用する患者 ③コントロール不良な糖尿病患者	1.The patient who has past history of cervical surgery, pyogenic spondylitis, and vertebral tumor. 2.The patient who receives cervical anterior fusion surgery/ 3.The diabetic that it is poor in control
