目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本調査では、腎結石患者における腎乳頭部のRandall’s plaque部位と正常腎盂の粘膜組織、非結石患者の正常腎盂粘膜組織にそれぞれ発現する遺伝子を解析し、その発現強度を調べることで、尿路結石形成の病態を明らかにする。

To establish the future molecular targeted therapy for kidney stone, we investigated the gene expression profile in Randall's plaque sections from human papillary tissues and studied the controlling factors for the development of RP by microarray and immunohistochemical analysis.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 上部尿路結石症と診断され、経尿道的腎（尿管）砕石術を予定している患者
2) 特発性腎出血に対して、経尿道的腎焼却術を予定している患者
3) ECOGのPerformance Status（PS）が１以下
4) 本人から文書の同意が得られた患者

1) idiopathic CaOx stone and CaP stone patients who will be performed retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS)
2) idiopathic renal bleeding patients who will be performed retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS)
3) PS<=1
4) patients who was obtained informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 尿路性器悪性腫瘍が疑われる患者
2) 高熱を伴う急性尿路感染症を有する患者
3) Grade2以上の水腎症（Ellenbogen分類5））を有する患者
4) 麻酔科医により全身麻酔や腰椎麻酔が耐えられないと判断された患者
5) コントロール不良な糖尿病患者
6) 重篤な腎機能障害のある患者（クレアチニン値>1.5mg/dl）
7) 重篤な肝疾患を有する患者（ASTもしくはALTが100U以上）
8) 凝固能異常を認める患者
9) 妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性がある女性

2) patients with high grade fever because of UTI
3) Hydeonephrosis>= grade 2 (Ellenfogen classification)
4) patients who can not be performed general anaesthesia
5) uncontrolled DM
6) Serum creatinine >1.5 mg/dl
7) AST or ALT >100
8) Patients with coagulation disorder
