目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1 悪性リンパ腫症例の治療関連合併症を多角的な面から予防する新たな取り組みを行うことで、生活の質を落とすことなく抗癌剤治療中、治療終了後の生活を維持できるよう全身管理を行う新たな手法を見出すことを目的とする。 To find out new approaches to maintain quality of life in the patients with malignant lymphoma treated with chemotherapy.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 体組成計による筋肉量 Evaluation of muscle mass by body composition analyzer, InBody
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes 年齢、性別、組織系、Staging、治療効果、高血圧の有無、治療経過中、通常のモニタリングで評価される採血（血算、生化学）尿検査等で糖尿病の有無、脂質異常の有無を観察する。SF-36を参考に作成した生活の質の調査(アンケート調査により加療経過中の心理的側面や日常の活動性変化の拾い上げを行う Patient characteristics including age,sex,pathology,staging,chemotherapy effets.
Side effects related with chemotherapy.
Questionnaire survey with SF-36.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1 B細胞性悪性リンパ腫と診断された症例に対し標準的治療としてR-CHOP療法を行う。
[Ⅰ群]：上記治療にBCAA含有健康補助食品アミノフィール(BCAA 3200mg/包)を1日2回　1回1包　併用する。
Patients with B-cell malignant lymphoma were treated by R-CHOP therapy with or without BCAA.
[group 1]therapy with 2 pack of the BCAA-enriched supplement (aminofeel, TERUMO)
介入2/Interventions/Control_2 [Ⅱ群]：上記治療のみ。 [group 2]therapy without BCAA-enriched supplement

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit
20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit
90 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender 男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria 悪性リンパ腫の化学療法を受けるにあたり、認知症状なく、自己判断で同意取得が可能である症例を対象とする。
1)B-cell malignant lymphoma
2)No dementia
3)Patients with informed consent by self judgment
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria 原疾患により明らかに重度の臓器障害を有している症例、また上記基準を満たさない症例は除外とする。
加療経過中に病勢の増悪が認められ、予定されていた化学療法の内容が継続できない症例は途中除外とする。		 1)multiple organ failure
2)progressive diseases during R-CHOP therapy
