日本語
立位・座位CT を用いて、立位および座位での胸部疾患（呼吸器疾患・循環器疾患）の形態学的状態、呼吸運動の評価を行い、通常の臥位CT と比較する。各脈管・各臓器・各病変の形態学的画像パラメーターと、臨床データとの関連性を探索する。

To compare morphological features or respiratory motion in patients with thoracic diseases (respiratory or cardiovascular diseases) among standing, sitting, and supine positions using horizontal and conventional CT.
To explore the relationship between morphological parameters on CT images and clinical data.

1. 胸部疾患（呼吸器疾患・循環器疾患）あるいは胸部疾患が疑われる患者で、臨床医により胸部CT の適応と判断された症例
2. 20 歳以上

1. Subjects who are referred for chest CT for assessment of known or possible thoracic diseases (respiratory or cardiovascular diseases)
2. Age equal to or more than 20 years
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 妊婦および妊娠の可能性がある場合
2. 立位あるいは座位におけるCT 検査が施行可能な健康状態でない場合
3. 本研究への協力の文書による同意が得られていない場合

2. Subjects who are not able to undergo CT in a standing or sitting position
3. Subjects who do not provide written informed consent
