目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	嚥下時におけるぼそぼそ感を有するモデルゲルが嚥下時の舌骨上筋群の筋活動時間に及ぼす影響を検討する.	This study aimed to examine the influence of dry, crumbling food texture on the duration of the suprahyoid muscle activity during swallowing.

目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others	任意に“ぼそぼそ感”を設定できる食品を用いて，咀嚼，嚥下時の咬筋，舌骨上筋群の筋活動を導出し，食品のテクスチャーの一つであるぼそぼそ感が顎・舌筋活動へ及ぼす影響の検討を目的とする．	This study aimed to examine the influence of food texture on the electromyographic activity of the jaw and tongue muscles during mastication and swallowing.
