下顎孔前方の翼突下顎隙内へ局所麻酔薬を注射し，局所麻酔薬が翼突下顎隙内を後上方に拡散することで下歯槽神経を麻酔する下歯槽神経近位伝達麻酔法

The way is a local anesthetic is injected into the pterygomandibular space in front of the mandible.And, this can block the inferior alveolar nerve by diffusing backward and upward in pterygomandibular space.

1、下歯槽神経伝達麻酔法の適応となる患者
2、下顎臼歯の手術を必要とする患者
３、自らの意志で臨床研究に参加し、文書による承諾が得られた患者

英語
1, patients who are indicated for lower alveolar neurotransmission anesthesia
2. Patients who need surgery for mandibular molars
3, patients who participated in clinical research at their own will and received written consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1、16歳未満の患者
2、使用する薬剤にアレルギー・過敏症のある患者
3、術前からすでに下歯槽神経支配領域に知覚異常が存在する患者
4、その他、主任研究者が不適当と判断した患者
