1)無精子症に対し精巣内精子回収法を行った患者から余剰精巣組織を回収する。
2)気層液層境界培養を行う。
3)組織学的、分子生物学的解析などにより精子形成の有無を調べる。

1)Extra testicular tissue is collected from a patient who underwent the testicular sperm collection method for azoospermia.
2)Carry out boundary culture of gas phase liquid layer.
3)The presence or absence of spermatogenesis is examined by histological, molecular biological analysis.
