日本語
胸部食道癌に対し、外科手術を施行する症例の手術前後で高解像度内圧検査(High Resolusion Manometry:HRM)を行い、手術前後での嚥下機能の変化を解析する。

The objectives of this study is to analyze the swallowing function of surgical cases of thoracic esophageal cancers before and after surgery with High Resolution Manometry(HRM).

胸部食道癌手術症例手術前後でのHRMを用いた嚥下機能の解析。手術前と手術後退院前、術後4か月、術後12か月のHRMのdataを比較検討する。
項目としては咽頭およびUESの嚥下圧をHRMにて解析する。

To evaluate the swallowing function with HRM before surgery, before discharge and 4months, 12 months after surgery.
The value of swalloing presure in pharynx and UES is analyzed.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

日本語
HRMで測定した嚥下圧と嚥下造影検査で測定したPenetraton Aspiration Scale、喉頭挙上遅延時間、咽頭通過時間、造影剤の咽頭残留との関連について評価する。

術前、手術後退院前、術後4か月、術後12か月に嚥下機能の評価のため、HRMを施行する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
胸部食道癌に対し、食道亜全摘術施行予定である。
TNM分類（UICC-TNM　第7版)で臨床病期cStageⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲである。
Performance StatusはECOGの基準で0-1である。
登録時の年齢が20歳以上85歳未満である。
試験参加について患者本人から文書で同意が得られている。

Patients planed to undergo esophagectomy for thoracic esophageal cancer
Patients with clinical stageI, II, or III on TNM classification(UICC-TNM 7th edition)
Patients with Performance Status 0 or 1(ECOG difinition)
Patients aged 20 to 85 years old on enrollment
Patients consented to paticipate in this study on document

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
活動性の感染症を有する
臨床上問題となる心疾患を有する。
食道静脈瘤を有する。
食道癌・咽頭癌の内視鏡手術以外の外科手術の既往がある。
食道の通過障害を有する。
臨床上問題となる精神障害または中枢神経障害の既往がある。
