目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	小腸疾患は血管性病変、炎症性疾患、医原性疾患（薬剤性傷害、放射線障害）、腫瘍性疾患、先天疾患など多岐に富む。2003年日本でダブルバルーン小腸内視鏡が発売され、小腸全域の詳細な観察および内視鏡治療が可能となった。また、2004年から小腸用カプセル内視鏡が本邦で使用可能になり、2007年には保険収載がなされ、現在では広く検査に用いられている。カプセル内視鏡は苦痛無く小腸全域の内視鏡観察ができるため、スクリーニングおよび治療後のフォローアップに主に用いられ、ダブルバルーン小腸内視鏡は精査および内視鏡治療に主に用いられている。今回、過去に施行された、および今後施行される予定のカプセル内視鏡及びダブルバルーン小腸内視鏡の検査所見、検査画像、臨床情報を用いて各種小腸疾患の診断、内視鏡治療（止血術、バルーン拡張術、腫瘍・ポリープ切除術等）における有用性および検査偶発症について後ろ向きおよび前向きに検討する。	Double-balloon enteroscopy and small bowel capsule endoscopy has been a breakthrough for the diagnosis and treatment of small bowel diseases. In this study, we retrospectively and prospectively analyzed the usefulness and adverse events for various small bowel diseases.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	小腸疾患が疑われるまたは確定している患者	Patients with suspected or documented small bowel diseases
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	全身状態不良な患者	Patients with severe illness in whom double-balloon enteroscopy is contaraindication.
