選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) インフリキシマブ中止前の２年以上にわたり眼炎症発作がない、または軽度の眼発作を認める
2)インフリキシマブ中止前の蛍光眼底造影検査にて活動性が低い
3)全身症状が落ち着いている

1) Patients with low activity of ocular inflammation for at least 2 years before infliximab discontinuation
2)Patients with low levels of retinal vascular leakage before infliximab discontinuation
3)Patients with low activity of systemic symptoms

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)インフリキシマブ投与期間短縮例
2)寛解期の視力が不良
3)神経ベーチェット、腸管ベーチェットなど特殊病型を有する症例

1)Patients with shortening of the interval between infliximab infusions
2)Patients with poor visual acuity during remission
3)Patients with neuro-Behcet's disease, intestinal Behcet's disease, vascular Behcet's disease

その他関連情報/Other related information	選択基準に合致した３例においてインフリキシマブを終了、終了後６ヶ月の時点で全例で眼発作は認めていない.	Three patients successfully treated with IFX for Behcet's disease uveoretinitis maintained remission for 6 months after discontinuation of their IFX therapy.
