選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1.がんと診断され、その旨が告知されている 2.調査に耐えうる身体状況である（PS0-PS3） 3.予後予測が1ヶ月以上	1.Cancer patients 2.General condition is good enough to participate in this study 3.Predicting prognosis:>= 1 month
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	重篤な認知障害・精神障害がない	Severe cognitive dysfunction Severe psychiatric disorder
