ライフイベントに関連した心理的苦痛の重症度とうつ症状の重症度を経時的に評価し、ライフイベント関連PDSと治療転帰との関連を検討する。

受診時、4週後、8週後、12週後、16週後でうつ症状の重症度とPDSの重症度をHAM-D、IES-Rで評価する。

初発または再発の大うつ病性障害（DSM-5で診断）。

英語
major depression with first or reccurent depressive episode diagnosed according to DSM-5.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①統合失調症などの精神病性障害、双極性障害、認知症、器質及び症状性精神障害、精神遅滞を有する者
②自殺企図のおそれが切迫している者
③その他、試験責任（分担）医師が被験者として不適切と判断した者

英語
1. patients with schizophrenia or psychotic disorders, bipolar disorders, comorbid dementia, organic mental disorders, mental retardation
2. significant risk of suicide
3. Patient whom examination doctor judge improper as a trial subject
