尿管鏡手術に関して、十分な経験を積んでいない若手医師を対象に、尿管鏡構造化シミュレーショントレーニングの有無により、尿管鏡手術手技の習熟に必要な経験症例手術手技数に差が出るか明らかにする。

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of simulation-based training in urology. The primary aim is to assess the number of procedures required to achieve proficiency in
ureteroscopy for junior surgeons who have and have not undergone simulation training.

①独立した術者としての尿管鏡手術を施行した症例数が10例未満の医師
②北海道大学病院または関連病院（泌尿器科専門医が在勤する施設）に所属する医師
③以前に尿管鏡構造化シミュレーショントレーニングの受講経験の無い医師
④本研究への参加について自由意思による同意が得られた医師

1. urology trainees less than 10 cases of independently performed full ureteroscopy procedures

2 those under training at Hokkaido University Hospital or the teaching hospitals.

3. those without a experience with structured
simulation training in ureteroscopy.

4 those with voluntary participation of the present study
