| 目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others | 急性心筋梗塞後の重大な合併症として心室性不整脈があり、予後と大きく関係する。心室性不整脈の予測因子を解明できれば、より積極的な薬物加療や植込み型除細動器の植込みを考慮することが出来ると考えられる。 | Ventricular arrhythmias are severe complications of acute myocardial infarction and associated with a high mortality. If we determine the predictor of ventricular arrhythmias, we can consider intensive medication and implantable carioverter defibrillator implantation aggressively. |

| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 急性心筋梗塞患者のうち、同意取得時に20歳以上であり、本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けたのち、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者。 | Acute myocardial infarction patients who were older than 20 years of age, and all the patients provided written informed consent. | |||

20歳以上の同意取得を得られた急性心筋梗塞患者を対象としている。 急性心筋梗塞後の心室性不整脈の発生頻度を解析するとともに、血液検査結果、経胸壁心臓超音波検査の各指標、心臓核医学検査などの各指標と心室性不整脈との関連を解析する。 |
Prospective cohort study.
Acute myocardial infarction patients who were older than 20 years of age, and all the patients provided written informed consent. We analyze the prevalence of ventricular arrhythmias for post myocardial infarction, and the relevance between ventricular arrhythmias and inspection results such as blood tests, echocardiography, or cardiac nuclear medicine examination. |
