2粒のガム（1.5ｇ/粒）を1日3回、1回毎回20分間30日間噛む。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

大学の陸上部に在籍する20歳以上の成人学生。研究目的及び調査の流れを書面及び口頭にて説明し、本調査の趣旨を理解し、参加に同意が得られ、研究代表者が口頭で日常生活において摂食・嚥下に問題がないかについて尋ね、問題がないと確認した者を対象とする。

The adult student over 20 years old belongs to the track and field club of University. Subjects are explained by the research representative the purpose of the research and the flow of the survey in writing and oral, understand the purpose of this survey, consent to participation and inquiries. Subjects are confirmed orally by the research representative that there is no problem or not in eating and swallowing in daily life.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

研究代表者が口頭で日常生活において摂食・嚥下に問題がないか尋ね、問題があると判断された者および資材として使用する試験食品に対し、アレルギー等が懸念されると判断した者を除外する

Researcher inquires orally whether eating or swallowing is problematic in daily life, excludes those judged as having problems and those who judged that test food is concerned about allergies.
