Self-reported sedentary time is 8 hours per day or longer

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 妊娠中または研究期間中に妊娠を希望する者
2. 深夜勤務やシフト勤務など生活リズムが不規則な者
3. 研究期間中に長期出張など生活リズムが不安定となる予定がある者
4. 他の介入研究に参加中または研究期間中に参加予定の者
5. 研究責任者の判断によって研究対象者として不適と判断された者

1. Pregnant or trying to get pregnant during the study period.
2. Irregular working conditions such as night/shift work.
3. Scheduled to disturb life rhythm such as an extended business trip during the study period.
4. Current participation or intention to participate in other clinical trials.
5. Considered ineligible judged by the principal investigator.
