主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
ドライアイ患者を対象として受診時に、通常外来検査で行われているシルマー試験紙から抽出液を用いて、涙液蛋白や脂質を抽出する。蛋白については総蛋白量、ラクトフェリン、リポカリン、リゾチーム分泌型IgAの測定を行う。また、サイトカインや分泌型フォスフォリパーゼ、脂質の分離、定量を行う。

Tears are colloected by Schirmer test strips from the dry eye patints, which are clinically performed. After the elution of tear protein and lipid, total protein and lactoferrinm lipocalin, lysozyme and secretory IgA are measured. And cytokines, phospholipase A2, lipids are fractioned and quantified.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)ドライアイ以外の前眼部疾患（眼瞼炎，兎眼，眼瞼痙攣及び虹彩炎を含む）を合併している患者（既応は除く）
2)研究代表者および分担研究者が本試験を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した者

1) Complication of anterior disease(blepharitis, lagophthalmos, blepharospasm and iritis) other than dry eye ( patients with past history of the above disease are included).
2) Patients who were assessed as inadequate.

ドライアイ検査で一般的に行うシルマー試験紙を用いての涙液解析であるため実施に際しては問題ないが、今後は被験者数を増やす予定である。

Since it is a study using the normally performed Schirmer test, there have been no trouble carrying out the study. However, the patient registration are needed to be increased.
