主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	十二指腸Underwater endoscopic mucosal resection (UEMR) 3ヵ月後の定期観察内視鏡検査時のUEMR後瘢痕の生検での病理学的残存腫瘍の有無	The rate of pathological local recurrence at 3 months after underwater endoscopic mucosal resection (UEMR) for nonampullary duodenal adenomatous lesion by biopsy from the scar post UEMR
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	十二指腸Underwater endoscopic mucosal resection (UEMR) 3ヵ月後の定期観察内視鏡検査時の治療後瘢痕部の形態学的残存腫瘍の有無、患者背景（年齢・性別など）・病変（局在・径・肉眼型など）・切除検体情報（R0切除率など）、安全性（合併症など）、ならびにこれらの他手技成績との比較	The rate of morphological local recurrence at 3 months after underwater endoscopic mucosal resection (UEMR) for nonampullary duodenal adenomatous lesion, patients' characteristics (e.g. age, gender), lesions' characteristics (e.g. location, diameter, macroscopic appearance), safety (e.g. complications), and relationship between these and outcomes of other endoscopic therapy

組み入れ参加者数/Number of participants that the trial has enrolled	18
主な結果/Results	病変の平均径は13.3±6.0mmで、LGD 4病変、HGD 10病変、粘膜内癌5病変だった。一括切除率は68.4%、R0切除率は31.6%だった。穿孔例や後出血例は見られなかった。切除3ヵ月後の切除後瘢根部からの生検病理診断を含めた再発例は認めなかった。	The mean size of the lesions was 13.3+-6.0mm. Low-grade dysplasia, high-grade dysplasia, and intramucosal carcinoma were 4, 10, and 5, respectively. The rates of en bloc and R0 resections were 68.4% and 31.6%, respectively. There were no cases of perforation or delayed bleeding. Additionally, there were no cases of residual tumors by pathological assessment via biopsy 3 months after UEMR.

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics	平均年齢62.7±8.6歳 男性11名、女性7名	The mean age of the patients was 62.7+-8.6 years. Eleven were male and 7 were female.
参加者の流れ/Participant flow	UEMRで切除されたSNADETs患者（18患者19病変）が連続的に参加。	Nineteen SNADETs lesions from 18 patients were resected via UEMR.
