対象疾患/Condition
対象疾患名/Condition 食道癌、胃癌、肝臓癌、膵臓癌、大腸癌などの消化器癌患者、潰瘍性大腸炎、クローン病、腸管ベーチェット病などの炎症性腸疾患患者、Barrett食道、胃腺腫、大腸腺腫、機能性ディスペプシアなどの良性疾患患者、および検診目的で内視鏡を受診する健常者。 The patients of esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, intestinal Behcet's disease, Barrett esophagus, gastric adenoma, colorectal adenoma, functional dyspepsia. And healthy subjects who are performed endoscopy.

性別/Gender 男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria 食道癌、胃癌、肝臓癌、膵臓癌、大腸癌などの消化器癌患者、潰瘍性大腸炎、クローン病、腸管ベーチェット病などの炎症性腸疾患患者、Barrett食道、胃腺腫、大腸腺腫、機能性ディスペプシアなどの良性疾患患者、および検診目的で内視鏡を受診する健常者。 The patients of esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, intestinal Behcet's disease, Barrett esophagus, gastric adenoma, colorectal adenoma, functional dyspepsia. And healthy subjects who are performed endoscopy.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria 人工肛門を有する患者

12週間以内に腸管に対する手術を受けた患者

登録日前4週間以内に抗生物質の投与を受けた患者

同意が得られない患者

本研究への組み入れを担当医師が不適当と判断した患者		 The patients with the artificial anus

The patients who underwent the surgery for the intestinal tract within 12 weeks

The patients who received antibiotics within four weeks before registration day

The patients that an agreement is not obtained

The patients that doctor attending judged an arrangement to this study to be inadequate

その他関連情報/Other related information 採取した検体は、次世代シークエンサー（MiSeq）にて16S rRNAメタゲノム解析をおこなう。 We analyze the population of microbiota in the specimen using 16S rRNA meta genome analysis by a next-generation sequencer (MiSeq).
