選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	アテネ不眠尺度（AIS）にて6点以上	Score of the Athens insomnia scale is 6 points or more
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	スマートフォンの利用が困難である 概日リズム障害 睡眠時無呼吸症候群 むずむず脚症候群 過眠症	Unable to use smartphone circadian rhythm disorder sleep apnea syndrome Restless legs syndrome hypersomnia
