ノンステテップフォワードランジとステップフォワードランジ課題間における膝屈曲モーメントと膝内反モーメントの検討では，ステップフォワードランジでは膝内反モーメントを増加させることなく，外部膝関節屈曲モーメントを加えることができることが示された

A study of knee flexion moment and internal knee rebound moment between the non-step forward lunge and step forward lunge tasks showed that external knee joint flexion moment can be added without increasing internal knee rebound moment in the step forward lunge.
